## What you get
Public directory of XRPL Permissioned Domains (XLS-80) and their accepted credentials.
Descriptive only. Not a compliance verdict, certification, or endorsement of any domain,
owner, credential issuer, or member.

## Pricing
- $0.10 USD per call, payable in XRP on XRPL via the t54 facilitator, or
  USDC on Base mainnet via the Coinbase x402 facilitator.
- Free from the xrpl-utilities.com origin (browser-based reads from the marketing site).

## Refunds
Verify-before-settle: if the upstream XRPL node fails, settlement is skipped and the
presigned tx is never broadcast. Successful reads are paid; no refunds otherwise.

- Not a compliance, AML, sanctions, or KYC determination.
- Not a certification of any domain owner or credential issuer.
- Not an endorsement of any domain's legitimacy or any member's identity.
- Not investment, legal, or regulatory advice.

## Jurisdiction
Provided by XRPL-Utilities™ LLC (Wyoming). Disputes resolved by binding arbitration
in Wyoming. Service is offered void where prohibited; not authorized in California or
Colorado.
